DUTIES AND TAXES
* Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Poland. Any potential fees are out of our control. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To apply for a return or exchange, please email us at hello@imprm-studio.com with your original order details as well as a reason as to why you wish to return or exchange your purchase. You have 14 days to do so from the day you receive the package with your order.
Cash will be returned to your bank account within 14 days of delivery of the package to us.
Secondly, please fill out and include the exchange/returns form along with your exchange/returns parcel.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your order to ensure safe and documented delivery, as imprm s.c. take no responsibility in tracking your return.

The shipping costs incurred for returning your item(s) to imprm s.c. for exchange or refund are at your own expense.
We will provide you with a refund/exchange on our items if:
- the items are in original condition, with all tags attached, have not been worn, damaged or washed & you notify us and return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt
- the items are faulty or the items received are different from the goods you have ordered
